How to update or reset your Password
  1. Go to https://chroniclet.com/reset/.
  2. Fill out your email address
  3. Solve or check the "I am not a robot" captcha box.
  4. Log in using your username and password.
  5. Select "Submit."
  6. You will receive an email from "newzware@chroniclet.com." Be sure to double check spam and/or junk mail folders if it does not arrive within 10 minutes.
  7. Click the link in the email to set and confirm a new password.
  8. Select "Submit."

How to activate digital access to read The Chronicle

Your Chronicle subscription includes digital access, allowing you to read the E-edition or articles on chroniclet.com. Here’s how to activate your access:

  1. Find your account number on your most recent billing statement or call Customer Service at (440) 329-7200 for assistance.
  2. Visit chroniclet.com/activate in your browser.
  3. Click the Get Started button and fill out the Subscriber Registration form.
  4. Click the Create Account button to complete registration.
  5. You will be directed to the Account Overview Page, where you can update your settings if needed.
  6. Return to chroniclet.com, click E-edition in the menu, and sign in with your email and password.

How to log into your account to make a payment or update payment information
  1. Go to www.chroniclet.com or www.medina-gazette.com.
  2. Click the menu (three bars or dots) in the upper left corner.
  3. Select Customer Service.
  4. Log in using your E-edition username and password.
  5. Click Subscription Links, then click Edit Billing Info.
  6. Update your credit card and billing details here.
  7. Click Submit to save changes.

How to access your E-edition and receive email notifications
  1. Visit www.chroniclet.com or www.medina-gazette.com.
  2. Click E-edition in the blue bar at the top right of the page.
  3. Sign in with your username and password.
  4. Click on the image of today’s newspaper to begin reading.

To reset your daily email notifications:

  1. Sign in at www.chroniclet.com or www.medina-gazette.com.
  2. Click E-edition in the blue bar at the top right of the page.
  3. Locate your email address at the top right of the page.
  4. Click your email, then select My Profile.
  5. Click on the Update Notification Settings button.
  6. A confirmation message will appear. Click OK or close the window.
  7. Click Home to return to the E-edition newspaper.

How to access interactive puzzles on your mobile device
  1. Open The Chronicle-Telegram or The Medina Gazette app.
  2. Scroll down until you see the Puzzles icon.
  3. Tap the Puzzles icon and select the puzzle you’d like to complete.
  4. Type your answers directly into the app to solve the puzzle.

How to Print or Email Puzzles from the newspaper digital replica
  1. Accessing Your E-Edition Open Your Browser: Launch your preferred web browser. Visit Chroniclet.com. Click “E-edition” in the upper right corner of the homepage.This will take you to the digital version of the newspaper.
  2. Logging In Enter Your Credentials: If prompted, log in using your username and password to access the full features of the e-edition.
  3. Navigating to the Puzzle Page Select the Correct Page: Use the navigation arrows or click the Pages button to scroll through the e-edition. Find the Puzzle Section: Browse until you locate the page containing the puzzles you want to print or email.
  4. Using the Clipping Tool Click the Clip Button: At the top menu, find and select the Clip button (represented by a pair of scissors). This will open the clipping interface.
  5. Selecting the Puzzle Area Drag to Select: Use your mouse to click and drag over the area of the page that contains the puzzles. A highlighted box will indicate your selection.
    Adjust if Needed: If you make an error in your selection, click the Reset button to clear your current selection and try again.
  6. Printing, Emailing, or Saving Choose Your Action: Once you’re satisfied with your selection, you’ll have the option to: Print: Send the selected area directly to your printer. Email: Enter the recipient’s email address and send the selection. Save: Save the selected page segment to your computer for later use. Follow Prompts: Follow any additional on-screen instructions to complete the printing, emailing, or saving process.
